Shipping & Returns
Shipping is based on total order dollar amount (BEFORE any applicable discounts); see below chart for rates. For U.S. shipping, charges start at just $3 and shipping is FREE on orders over $100! International shipping varies, see below chart.
An Important Note About Shipping: Please double, triple and quadruple check the address you enter while checking out! If you enter an incorrect address and your package is undeliverable and returned to us here at .H.C.B., you will have to pay shipping again if you want your package re-shipped. If you notice after checkout that your address was incorrect, please contact us right away so we can change the address on your order before it ships out!
An Important Note About International Shipping Rates: The rates above are approximate and should be sufficient for the majority of orders placed. However in rare circumstances, if your order is significantly overweight (contains multiple heavy items, like shoes) and going particularly far away, your actual shipping due may be greater than what you are initially charged for. If this is the case, we will contact you with the amount of additional shipping owed, and you will need to pay that amount before your order can be shipped (or cancel your order). Thanks for your understanding!
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed, and are mostly shipped via USPS First Class Mail which usually takes 1-5 days depending where you are in the USA. Some bulky orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which can be a little faster but is usually about the same transit time. So all in all, you should have your order at your doorstep in 2-7 business days!
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped! If you do not receive your tracking email in 1-3 business days, first check your spam folder, and then just contact us and we can re-send it, it is possible there was an error in your email address.
If you require expedited shipping, you can use the shipping drop down selector at checkout to choose Express Mail instead of the default Standard Shipping (USA Orders Only). Express Mail orders will be processed within 1 business day, and shipping time is usually 2 business days to anywhere in the USA. Prices range from $35-$45 depending where you are.
If you don't love your new items, you don't need to keep them! Returns are absolutely accepted. Please just send your unwanted item(s) back to us within 31 days of the date the order was placed in brand new, as they were received condition, and as soon as we receive the item(s) back we will send you a full refund of the product price. If your item is sent back more than 31 days after your order date, your return may be refused or you may be charged up to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is on you if you want credit back via your original payment method. However, if you would like to get store credit for your return amount, you can get free return shipping! This offer not valid on shoe purchases. Follow the instructions on your invoice to use this method.
If you love your new item but it just doesn't fit right or you decide the shade is just not right for you, you can absolutely exchange it for a different size or color! You should receive an exchange form with your invoice in your package. Follow the instructions on the form, and make sure to contact us to reserve your new color/size while you ship your unwanted item back! For exchanges, you will pay to ship your unwanted item back, but then your new item will ship for FREE! Free exchange shipping only valid in USA, and not valid on shoe orders.
